[ON THE RISE] When his foot was healthy in 2011, Moore was Carson Palmer's No. 1 deep threat—a role Moore should reprise again. And his involvement in the offense will expand in his second year; Palmer has already said that Moore is "a big-time receiver in the making." That bodes very well for owners of Moore, who should be penciled in as a WR3 in deeper leagues.

[ON THE DECLINE] His catches and yards have increased in each of his three NFL seasons, but it's hard to see that happening in year four. The front office signed Randy Moss and Mario Manningham and drafted A.J. Jenkins in the first round. That doesn't even include tight end Vernon Davis, who is the No. 1 threat on this team, and Frank Gore, who will get his usual touches. Tread carefully with Crab.
