Positives: Adequate college safety with marginal upside. Plays with an aggressive streak, displays terrific quickness in his game and moves well sideline to sideline. Quick up the field to defend screen passes or running plays. Displays solid lateral speed and the ability to get outside the numbers in coverage. Aggressive in all aspects.

Negatives: Indecisive in man-to-man coverage situations. Bites on play-action passes and does not take proper angles to the action. Not a not a strong open-field tackler.

Analysis: Jackson gets the most from his ability yet lacks the natural skills to play in the NFL. He could make a roster as a ninth defensive back if he stands out on coverage units.
